"Marjie and I wanted to have a honeymoon that mixed international travel with plenty of relaxation.  We chose the Tuscan region of Italy.  Being that this was our honeymoon, what we really wanted was to eliminate all possible worries with regards to all the travel arrangements involved so that we indeed could have the feeling of "escaping" after our wedding.

We chose Plan for VACATIONS as they were able to meet our needs and wants. They first  interviewed us to learn of our goals, style of travel, our needs and desires.  They really got to know us and was able to offer suggestions that matched our personal style.  The result was a well planned honeymoon vacation that was memorable, hassle free and within our budget!

We asked Plan for VACATIONS to offer some tours and events and we wanted flexibility in our itinerary.  They arranged for an excellent winery tour in Montelcino, a bike tour and olive oil tasting in the walled city of Lucca and a gourmet cooking class near Florence.  They offered many suggestions for possible day tours for us to consider once we arrived.  They presented this in the form of a complete itinerary with photos, maps, directions, and phone numbers for assistance; all bound in a single custom made booklet.  The end result was a very relaxing pace to our trip and a good balance between pre-scheduled events and plenty of free time.

The best part of the trip was the absence of anything going wrong!  Everything met and exceed our expectations!  This allowed us to truly enjoy our honeymoon, all thanks to Plan for VACATIONS!  We absolutely can't wait for our next trip!"
